Poster presentation

Please make sure you have registered your poster for presenting (during author´s registration via Oxford Abstracts), since no posters will be accepted without prior registration. You will be sent a confirmation on poster acceptance by the organizing committee. Should a poster be unrelated to conference topics, its presentation may be rejected.

Recommended poster size: 90 cm (35´´ approx.) width x 120 cm (47´´ approx.) height

Poster mounting: Monday, May 21, 2012, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Poster removal: Wednesday, May 23, 2012, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Please note: posters remaining after 4:30 PM on May 23, 2012 will be taken down by the conference staff and will not be stored nor sent to the authors after the meeting.

The presenting authors are asked to be nearby of their poster for presentation and discussion at the time indicated in the conference program.

Oral presentation

Submission via forensica@forensica2012.org. Any interesting oral presentations are warmly welcomed at Forensica 2012, nevertheless the organizing committee retains the right to consider every submission asked for oral presentation and reject it in case of need (depending on topic, time capacity etc.) After submitting your topic for oral presentation, you will be sent confirmation/rejection by the organizing committee as soon as posssible.

Although not being compulsory, PowerPoint (or analogous) format of presentation is recommended. Speakers can either bring their own laptop (notebook) or bring data storage with proper file.
